How do I create an account?

Download the AlfaDecor app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap 'Sign Up' and follow the on-screen instructions. You can sign up with your email or use your Apple/Google account.

How do I book a service?

Browse categories or search for a specific service, select a provider, choose your preferred date and time, then confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification immediately.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Go to 'My Bookings' in the app, select the booking you want to change, and tap 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or email us at the address below. We will process your request and permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days.

The app is crashing or not working properly.
